Responsibilities & Duties:

Analyst program at Palm Tree is designed to be a 2-4 year program in which the analyst will build an in depth experience in M&A, business transition and Corporate FP&A. Analyst will primarily support senior members of the team to help manage client engagements and create necessary deliverables.

Responsibilities includes:

  • Build financial and M&A models
  • Fulfill FP&A and other corporate finance needs on engagements
  • Perform financial due diligence for M&A transactions
  • Manage large and complex data sets
  • Perform ad hoc firm related business development and operations
  • Support senior members with various tasks as needed for active engagements

This position requires 35% - 65% travel. Timing is immediate with market compensation.

Qualifications & Requirements:

The candidate should have an undergraduate degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or other related fields. The candidate should have 0-2 years of prior work or internship experience with an investment bank, accounting or consulting firm. The ideal candidate should be:
