Associate / Senior Associate

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Perform financial due diligence and identify key risks and evaluate business drivers
  • Build financial models to support investment thesis and business transformation
  • Analyze detailed financial statements and key operational data
  • Synthesize and convert data into meaningful metrics to analyze business performance and drivers
  • Construct deal-oriented reports and presentations for clients
  • Direct engagement with company personnel and client staff
  • Manage and prioritize responsibilities and proactively consult with senior team members
  • Supervise, train and mentor Analysts

This position requires 35% - 65% travel. Timing is immediate with market compensation.

Qualifications & Requirements:

The candidate should have an undergraduate degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or other related fields and any post graduate degree, including MAC or MBA. The candidate should have 2-5 years of prior work experience and started their career with a national investment bank, accounting or consulting firm and have recent experience with private equity, M&A and transaction services, corporate finance, or FP&A. In addition to strong technical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, the candidate should be:
